Why choose Operation Credit Repair?

Operation Credit Repair is built on discipline, action, and results. As a U.S. Army veteran and VA loan officer, I know firsthand what it takes to clean up a credit file and get mission-ready for approval.

We follow every law and compliance rule to the letter — no shortcuts, no games. You’ll always know where you stand because we keep things simple, transparent, and easy to follow. Education comes first here, so you understand the process before you even sign up.

Our pricing is fair, our mission is clear, and we’re easy to reach if you ever have a question. The goal is always to help, but if something isn’t a fit, we’ll part ways respectfully with no drama attached. That’s why veterans and families continue to trust us with their credit journey.

How much is the credit repair service?

Every mission has gear and a game plan. You cover two things:

Credit Monitoring – This is your intel system. It’s $1 for a 7-day trial, then $19.99/month. Without it, we can’t see or track your reports.

Mission Fee – This is our service. Billed upfront from day one, then every 30 days after:

$149/month for individuals

$249/month for couples

No hidden charges. No fine print. Just the cost of running the mission.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes — I stand behind the mission. If after 90 days there’s absolutely no movement on your credit file, I’ll give you your money back.

Here’s what that means:

- “No movement” = zero changes on any of the three credit reports (no deletions, no updates, no progress).

- You must stay active in the program during those 90 days (credit monitoring in place, payments current, and responding to requests).

If we don’t move the needle at all, I’ll refund you — simple as that.

Because at Operation Credit Repair, this isn’t just about collecting a fee. It’s about delivering results and getting you ready for the next mission.

How long should I stay in the program?

Most missions run 4–8 months, but every soldier’s situation is different. Credit reports update monthly, and bureaus take 30–45 days just to respond to each round we send. Sometimes they’ll even ask for more documentation.

Think of it like the gym — there’s no overnight fix. Building credit strength takes discipline, consistency, and time. Stick with the mission, and you’ll come out stronger on the other side.

Right to cancel anytime

Our clients have the right to cancel our service anytime, even seconds after enrolling. There is no contract or fees owed when cancelling.

What is the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)?

The FCRA is the law that protects you from bad or sloppy reporting. It gives you the right to dispute anything on your credit report that’s inaccurate, outdated, or can’t be verified. When we send a dispute, the credit bureaus are legally required to investigate — and if they can’t prove it’s correct, they have to delete it.

This is the backbone of what we do at Operation Credit Repair. As a veteran and VA loan officer, I use the FCRA every day to hold creditors accountable and clear the path for your financial future.

What is the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)?

The FDCPA sets the rules for debt collectors. They can’t harass you, threaten you, or report false information. If a debt collection company breaks these laws, that violation can open the door to getting the account removed from your credit report.

At Operation Credit Repair, we use the FDCPA as part of our strategy to keep collectors in check and protect your rights. If they can’t follow the law, they don’t get to report on your file.

📖 You can read the full FDCPA text here: Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

What is the Service members Civil Relief Act (SCRA)?

The SCRA is a federal law that protects active-duty military members and certain veterans. It limits interest rates on debts, prevents foreclosures, and gives you extra legal protections while you serve. Creditors and collectors are required to honor these rules — and if they don’t, they can be forced to correct or remove negative reporting.

At Operation Credit Repair, we make sure your file is reviewed with the SCRA in mind. As a veteran and VA loan officer, I know how important these protections are for keeping your credit mission-ready during and after service.

What is Metro 2 Compliance?

Metro 2 is the official reporting standard that all creditors and collectors are supposed to follow when they report information to the credit bureaus. If they don’t report in the right format — or they report inconsistently — it’s considered out of compliance. That gives us grounds to challenge it.

At Operation Credit Repair, we hold creditors accountable to Metro 2. If the data on your report isn’t accurate, consistent, and verifiable, it shouldn’t be there.

Do I need credit repair or credit building?

It depends on your situation:

- If you’ve got bad credit (collections, late payments, charge-offs) → you need credit repair.

- If you’ve got no credit history at all → you need to build credit.

At Operation Credit Repair, we handle both. We’ll clear out the negatives holding you back and help you stack positive accounts that make you loan-ready.

How does credit repair work?

Credit repair is about holding creditors and bureaus accountable. We dispute the negative items dragging down your score — things like late payments, charge-offs, or collections — and they must be removed if:

- They’re reported inaccurately

- The data is incomplete

- The account can’t be verified

- There’s no response to disputes

- Or they violate the FCRA or FDCPA

At Operation Credit Repair, this isn’t just paperwork — it’s a mission. As a veteran, I use discipline and proven strategy to clear the negatives, enforce the laws, and get you ready for the next mission.

What is the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)?

The CROA sets the rules for every credit repair company in the country. At Operation Credit Repair, we follow it to the letter. That means no fake promises, no shortcuts, and no shady tactics.

When we process a dispute, an item can only be removed if it’s:

- Inaccurate

- Incomplete

- Unverified

- Or if the bureaus don’t respond

If you’re looking for some “instant fix,” this isn’t it — credit repair is a real process that takes time and discipline. We stay compliant, stay professional, and stay focused on getting you ready for the next mission.

📖 You can read the full law here: Credit Repair Organizations Act.

Do I really need the credit monitoring service if I already use Credit Karma or Experian?

Yes. Free apps like Credit Karma and Experian don’t pull full data from all three credit bureaus into our system, so we can’t use them. They’re good for a quick glance, but not for a real mission.

To do this right, we need a full intel feed. That’s why we use professional monitoring services like Credit Hero Score, IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, or PrivacyGuard. If you already have one of those, we can use it. If not, we’ll get you set up with Credit Hero Score since it’s cost-effective and works best with our system.

Without it, we’re flying blind — and that’s not how we run missions.

What if I’m a victim of identity theft?

If you’ve been hit with identity theft, the first move is to contact your creditors directly and follow the steps they require to remove fraudulent accounts. That process often involves filing police reports, FTC identity theft reports, and working directly with the lenders involved.

At Operation Credit Repair, we don’t handle brand-new identity theft cases because they can quickly turn into legal battles. Our mission is focused on clearing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable accounts — not chasing down criminals.

If identity theft is your situation, we’ll point you in the right direction so you can lock it down, then step in later to help you get ready for the next mission.

What’s needed to enroll?

Getting started only takes about 10 minutes. Here’s what you’ll need:

- Basic personal information

- A copy of your driver’s license

- Proof of residency (utility bill, bank or card statement, etc.)

- A real bank debit or credit card (our system won’t process prepaid cards like CashApp, Chime, or similar)

Once you’re ready, we’ll send you a Square payment link to lock in your first mission payment and get you enrolled. After that, you’re officially on the roster.

What things does Operation Credit Repair NOT do?

We run clean missions — no shortcuts, no scams. Here’s what you’ll never see from us:

Fake promises. We don’t lie about what can or can’t be removed. Anyone telling you they can “fix your credit” without even seeing your reports is breaking the law. You wouldn’t let a doctor operate without an exam, or a lawyer argue your case without reading it — credit repair works the same way.

Credit sweeps. These are illegal schemes where companies file false police reports claiming identity theft just to force deletions. That kind of fraud gives real credit repair companies a bad name.

Shady practices. We follow CROA, FCRA, FDCPA, SCRA, and Metro 2 compliance to the letter. No games, no gray areas — just the law and proven strategy.

At Operation Credit Repair, we don’t bend the rules. We fight with discipline and integrity to get you ready for the next mission.

What if a creditor sues me?

If you stop paying on a loan or credit card, the bank has the right to take you to court. When you signed the agreement, you promised to pay back what you borrowed. If you’re sued or facing wage garnishment, that’s a legal matter — you’ll need to contact a lawyer or work directly with the creditor to work out a plan.

Remember: credit reporting and debt collection are two separate missions.

- Paying off a negative debt doesn’t automatically erase it from your credit report.

- Having an account deleted from your credit report doesn’t erase the debt you owe.

At Operation Credit Repair, our focus is the reporting side. We clean up your file and enforce compliance — but if you’re in court, that’s a different battlefield.

What can be removed? What does Operation Credit Repair work on?

If it’s negative and dragging down your score, we’ll go after it. We work on late payments, charge-offs, collections, bankruptcies, and any other negative reporting.

These accounts can be removed if they’re:

- Unverified

- Reported inaccurately

- Incomplete

- Ignored by the bureaus after a dispute

- Or in violation of the FCRA or FDCPA

Every mission is different, but many clients see negative items deleted once they’re challenged against the law. And if we push an account and there’s no way forward, we’ll tell you straight — no games, no hiding.

At Operation Credit Repair, the goal is simple: clear out what’s holding you back and get you ready for the next mission.

What’s the difference between me disputing online and hiring a credit repair service?

Disputing online is like clicking a button that says, “this doesn’t belong to me.” It’s fast, but it rarely works — and once you dispute an item online, you usually can’t dispute it again. There’s no strategy, no paper trail, and very little chance of success.

Hiring a credit repair service is different. Think of it like this: sure, you can cook at home, but if you don’t have the time or the right recipe, you’ll pay a chef to do it better and faster. Credit repair is the same way. It’s a service — built on time, knowledge, and proven methods.

At Operation Credit Repair, we don’t just click buttons. We build a case, use the right laws (FCRA, FDCPA, Metro 2), and create a paper trail that forces the bureaus and creditors to respond. That’s the difference between hoping for results and running a real mission that gets you ready for the next one.

Will deleted items come back on my credit report?

Sometimes it feels that way, but here’s the truth: once something is deleted, it usually stays gone. What most people see as “coming back” is really a collection account being sold to a new company that tries to report it again under their name.

If that happens, it doesn’t mean the account magically returned — it’s just a new attempt to hit your credit. The good news is, if the bureaus already found it unverified or inaccurate before, we can challenge it again as a duplicate and force them to prove it all over.

At Operation Credit Repair, we know this game and we don’t let it slide. If someone tries to bring old baggage back onto your report, we’ll push back and keep you ready for the next mission.

Will paying my bad debts delete the negative reporting?

You may have heard, “just pay what you owe and your credit will be fixed.” Unfortunately, that’s not how it works. Paying accounts in collections, charge-offs, or even late accounts does not erase the negative history — those marks can stay on your credit report for up to 7 years.

Once the damage is done, paying the debt doesn’t remove it from your file. At Operation Credit Repair, our mission is to see if those items can be challenged and removed based on accuracy, verification, or compliance with the law.

We don’t advise whether or not you should pay debt collectors or charged-off accounts — that’s something to discuss with an attorney. Our focus is on the reporting side: clearing what’s hurting you and getting you ready for the next mission.

Will hiring a credit repair company automatically “fix my credit”?

No. Anyone promising that is breaking the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and likely running a scam. It’s impossible to guarantee results before seeing your credit reports.

Think of it like this: if you get arrested, hiring a lawyer doesn’t guarantee you walk free. The lawyer studies the evidence, uses the law, and works to improve your situation — but no promises can be made up front. Credit repair works the same way.

At Operation Credit Repair, we use the laws (FCRA, FDCPA, CROA, Metro 2) to challenge negative items. If they’re inaccurate, incomplete, unverified, or ignored, the bureaus must remove them. We don’t promise magic fixes — we run disciplined missions that give you the best chance at real results and get you ready for the next mission.

Can I request a refund?

We run a drama-free, stress-free mission — and that includes how we handle money. Here’s how it works:

- All payments are billed upfront through Square when you enroll.

- Once disputes and document processing have started, those payments are non-refundable since the work is already in motion with the credit bureaus.

- You can cancel anytime before your next billing date to stop future charges.

- And if there’s absolutely no movement in 90 days, we’ll honor our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Think of it like Netflix — once you’ve streamed the shows, you can’t ask for a refund three months later. The same applies here. We’re upfront, transparent, and fair — no surprises, no games.

Will my credit score drop?

This is one of the most common questions — and the answer is simple: credit repair doesn’t make your score drop. The only time your score falls is when something negative is added to your report. For example:

- Missing a payment → scores drop

- Applying for financing (hard inquiry) → scores drop

- Letting an account charge-off or go to collections → scores drop

- Carrying high balances on your cards at the reporting date → scores drop

- Adding new accounts/debt that shorten your average age of credit → scores drop

Credit repair companies like Operation Credit Repair don’t report to the bureaus, and we don’t place hard inquiries on your file. Our job is to challenge the negatives — not add new ones.

Bottom line: your score only goes down when new negatives hit, not because you hired us.

What if I have more questions before I enroll?

Don’t hesitate to ask! This FAQ is built to cover the most common questions, but everyone’s situation is a little different.

If you’ve got something specific on your mind, you can:

- Text our support number directly

- Or submit the contact form and someone from the team will get back to you quickly

At Operation Credit Repair, no question is too small — we’d rather you get clear answers up front than feel stuck later.

Can I — or do I need to — meet in person?

Nope. Our service is 100% online — just like paying your bills or checking your bank account. Everything you need is handled through your portal, text, email, or a quick call.

Because of security and workflow, we don’t set in-person meetings that may never show up. But once you’re enrolled, you’ll have our direct support number. Most questions can be answered in a simple 3–5 minute call from the comfort of your home.

At Operation Credit Repair, we keep the process fast, secure, and convenient — no travel, no waiting rooms, no wasted time.

Great news! If you’ve read this far, you can already see that Operation Credit Repair is built different — straight forward, stress-free, and focused on real results. We don’t believe in lying or sugarcoating just to get someone to sign up.

Instead, we educate before we enroll so every client knows how the process works and is serious about taking action. That’s why veterans, military families, and civilians across the country trust us every month.

A lot of companies hide behind empty promises, and that only leads to frustration. We stay transparent, honest, and disciplined from start to finish.
